By purchasing an Offering, you agree to the terms and details as presented at the time of purchase, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an Offering’s sales page or description, the Offering’s sales page or description shall govern with respect to that specific Offering.

3. PAYMENTS & BILLING

By purchasing an Offering, you authorize Willow & White Studio to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable recurring charges.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment information.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewals. If pricing changes apply to a recurring Offering, you will be notified in advance, and any changes will apply only to future billing periods.

4. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION

Cancellation terms vary by Offering and are described at the time of purchase or in the applicable onboarding materials.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Offering, without refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

5. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, services, and immediate access provided, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERMITTED USE

All content, materials, processes, frameworks, feedback, guidance, designs, text, graphics, videos, templates, communications, and other materials provided by Willow & White Studio (“Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Willow & White Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials solely for your personal business use in connection with your own brand or business.

You may not, without prior written consent from Willow & White Studio:

- Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Materials to any third party

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Materials constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

7. USER SUBMISSIONS & PERMISSIONS

If you submit materials, content, or information to Willow & White Studio in connection with an Offering, you confirm that you own or have permission to use such materials.

We may reference anonymized insights, themes, or outcomes derived from participation in an Offering for internal education or marketing purposes. Any public use of your name, likeness, business, or identifiable materials will require your prior written consent.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, or written feedback, you grant Willow & White Studio permission to use that testimonial for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Certain Offerings may be delivered using third-party platforms, software, or tools. Willow & White Studio is not responsible for outages, data loss, security breaches, or technical failures originating from third-party providers.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party platform used to access an Offering.

All Offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
